2011 Ford F-450

A 2011 Ford F-450 with custom flat bed and boxes. We reused a number of items off of the old Jeep (Elizabeth) including the tank, pump, hose, etc.

A type 2 ambulance with a Horton Box on top of a 4x4 F-450 chassis.

In late 2010, the 1999 Tanker/Pumper (Tanker 12) was replaced by, a Loudoun County Fire and Rescue owned, Tanker 612.

Our narrow dirt roads and driveways call for smaller and more nimble ambulances.

All of our equipment may be called into a dual-use function, and as such, our ambulances are equipped with firefighting gear including 2 SCBAs.

Co-Ordered with the retired Tanker 12, Wagon 12 is equipped with the normal complement of firefighting and overhaul equipment, as well as vehicle extrication cribbing and tools making it the primary responding Fire apparatus.
